Message used a floor jack under the diff and stacked 3' 1x12's under each side when I took the final nuts off the SF. The diff\SF should balance on the floor jack but I didn't take any chances. The way I did it stopped it from falling if it was not balanced just right on the floor jack. I always work on this stuff by myself, take lots of precautions, I am not going to die under that MF car.

Take the diff off the subframe when working on the bushings. Taking the bushings out of the subframe is still like wrestling a bear. Good Luck.
